Chadwick Real Estate

One of the Upper North Shore's oldest names in property, Chadwick Real Estate came to Webfront and our creative partners for a new website and brand to reposition their business as a local leader.

The Brief

Chadwick Real Estate principal Scott Chadwick approached us in late 2010 to work with branding and creative agency Push Creative to provide a website to support the launch of his new agency branding.

Formerly a member of the First National network, it was Scott's vision to create a new agency brand that would support his positioning as a leader in the Upper North Shore boutique market. The new website was also to provide the facility for seamless integration with campaigntrack, their marketing and listing platform.

    By integrating with campaigntrack, the Chadwick Real Estate website  seamlessly updated with changes to imagery, open times, auction dates and sales status as these variables are changed by the office's marketing administrators.
  • Custom RSS Feeds
    Website visitors can subscibe to any of several RSS feeds that show upcoming auctions, new listings and current news.
  • Custom Website Design
    The layouts for Chadwick Real Estate were handcoded from scratch, based on a series of sketches provided by the client. The grid-based nature of the layout was challenging, but the overall visual outcome is superb.
